Joel Lieser
Co-FounderWith over 25 years as a technology leader, including roles as Founder, CTO, Head of Technology, and advisor, he has built and scaled teams, shipped products, and guided cloud-native architectures across finance, media, and retail. His background spans data analytics, cutting-edge and at-scale architecture, and product-centric leadership. He emphasises clear strategy, measurable outcomes, and a culture where people can do their best work. At Nabu, he focuses on turning practical AI into results customers can trust.

Luke Cottier
Co-FounderLuke brings more than two decades of hands-on engineering and product leadership to the role. He has built fintech products end-to-end, from an MVP taken toward commercial release at multiple stops. Previously, he led engineering, shaped architecture and mentored teams. His toolkit spans software architecture, microservices, Python, DevOps, and infrastructure-as-code, with a bias toward reliability, observability, and secure delivery.

Ulysses Kuntze
Co-FounderA platform and full-stack engineer with more than 20 years building data-intensive, customer-facing software across New Zealand and Brazil. He has delivered products in data visualization, energy and infrastructure, gaming analytics, and SaaS startups. His toolkit spans full-stack web-dev with TypeScript/Node.js, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation. He values clean design, automated testing, and pragmatic performance, aiming to make complex systems simple and dependable.
